<br />-. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Task 12 - Compilation of Final Report <br />The Contractor shall, in coordination with the City of Fort Collins, assemble all text, maps, <br />figures and drawings into the first draft of the Final Report; the Contractor shall assist the City <br />of Fort Collins in the review and editing of the first draft of the Final Report and in its <br />preparation for publication; the Contractor shall provide the City of Fort Collins with necessary <br />assistance in the publication of the Final Report, <br /> <br />Task 13 - TechnicalAddendum <br />The Contractor shall, in coordination with the City of Fort Collins, prepare and assemble in the <br />Technical Addendum, which is to be included with the final report as an appendix, all <br />hydrologic, topographic and hydraulic data, assumptions and calculations used in determining <br />the flood risk at individual building locations; all structural and architectural calculations and <br />technical information regarding individual buildings and their ability to withstand flood hazards; <br />correspondence; other backup technical information; and any other pertinent information to <br />support the reco~endations of the report, <br /> <br />Task 14 - Summary of Attachments <br />The Contractor shall, in coordination with the City of Fort Collins, compile the following <br />materials hereafter referred to as the "Summary of Attachments": 1) the Appointment of <br />Applicant's Agent; 2) maps and diagrams of the proposed project; 3) photographs or video of the <br />proposed project; 4) a copy of the City of Fort Collins FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map <br />showing the project location; 5) a letter from the local floodplain administrator stating <br />compliance with floodplain regulations; 6) the completed Environmental Checklist, <br />demonstrating that letters requesting review comments have been sent to every appropriate <br />review agency; 7) review agency consultation letters; and 8) a signed State-Local Disaster <br />Assistance Agreement, <br /> <br />Task 16 - Assistance in Implementation of Individual Floodproofing Projects <br />The Contractor shall, upon receipt by the City of Fort Collins of Hazard Mitigation Grant <br />Program funds from FEMA, assist the City of Fort Collins in the evaluation of applications <br />submitted by the owners of individual buildings for specific floodproofing projects, Once the <br />individual applications to be funded by the City of Fort Collins Floodproofing Program have <br />been selected, the Contractor shall also provide oversight of the inspection/verification phase of <br />the selected individual projects, The Contractor shall assist in the preparation of <br />summary/progress reports regarding the individual floodproofing projects and the overall success <br />of the City's Floodproofing Program, to be submitted to FEMA and the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, The Contractor's effort shall be limited to a $5,000,00 effort in fees at the <br />attached hourly rate schedule (Exhibit B), Additional fees may be authorized by the City ofFort <br />Collins at hourly rates, <br /> <br />Preliminary Desil:n Criteria <br />The floodproofing program will provide a means for evaluating the cost-effectiveness of <br />floodproofmg measures for individual buildings consistent with the history of flooding in the <br />specific areas where the buildings are located, <br /> <br />6 <br />
