<br />a. Waste material is evenly placed, not piled on Lot I, Block 1 and <br />b. Clean fill material only is to be placed on Lot I. Block I and <br />c. Material must be dry, and <br />d. Lot I, Block I does not have to be stripped before placing excess <br />excavation. <br /> <br />20. Topsoil that is stockpiled can contain sod pieces, however, the sod must be <br />rototilled or otherwise broken up, pieces larger than 2-inches removed, by <br />approved methods prior to new sod being installed on the replaced topsoil. <br /> <br />21. The modifications to the Denver Water Board mains will need to be accomplished <br />by a Denver Water Board prequalified contractor. The list of prequalified <br />contractors is attached. All work will be required to meet Denver Water Board <br />standards and specifications. Inspection of this work will be provided by the <br />Denver Water Board. <br /> <br />22. The Town of Columbine Valley sales tax will be waived for this project. <br /> <br />23. If imported topsoil is required for this project, it will be paid for by change order. <br /> <br />24. Existing sand for sandtrap is "bunker sand" supplied by Tectonic. <br /> <br />25. Irrigation system schematic design is attached. Sprinkler heads to be 730 series <br />Toro or approved equal. No backflow preventers are required in sprinkler system. <br /> <br />26. Topsoil stockpile areas must be within the limits of construction or within the <br />CWCB right-of-way adjacent to the South Platte River or at other areas which the <br />Contractor arranges for independent of this contract. <br /> <br />27. Existing riprap can be re-used on this project as long as it is cleaned of dirt before <br />re-use. <br /> <br />Proiect Drawinl!S . Modifications: <br /> <br />1.
