<br />routes, he shall obtain approval for additional routes from the Owner and <br />include in his bid all costs for same, including the complete restoration of <br />routes to their original conditions. <br /> <br />Construction Staginq Area <br /> <br />The Contractor shall obtain for his use and at his expense a Construction <br />Staging Area. Parking for equipment and E'mployees' vehicles, construction <br />trailers and storage of materials shall be confined to within the Construction <br />Staging Area. The Contractor shall designate, and receive approval of (by <br />the Owner), the location of his Constructior Staging Areas prior to receipt <br />of Notice to Proceed. <br /> <br />If the Construction Staging Area is located within the Denver Technological <br />Center, the area must be fenced and screened. <br /> <br />Measurement and Payment <br />No separate payment will be made for the Construction Staging Area. <br /> <br />418. FIELD OFFICE FACILITIES <br /> <br />A Field Construction Office will not be required. <br /> <br />419. SANITARY FACILITIES <br /> <br />Sanitary convenience for the use of all persons employed on the work, <br />properly screened from public observations, shall be provided 'in sufficient <br />numbers in such manner and at such points as shall be approved. The contents <br />shall be removed and disposed of in a satisfactory manner as the occasion <br />requi res. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall supply sufficient drink'ing water from approved sources <br />to all of his employees. <br /> <br />The sanitary convenience specified above shall be the obligation and <br />responsibil ity of the Contractor unti 1 the completion of the ~/ork. The <br />facilities shall be made available to all other contractors, subcontractors, <br />project engineer and inspection personnel. <br /> <br />420. EXCESS EXCAVATION <br /> <br />Should excess material be generated by the excavation operation it shall be <br />disposed of as directed by the Owner. <br /> <br />No long term storage of excess excavation en the job site will be permitted. <br /> <br />421. CONTROL OF CONSTRUCTION WORK BY THE CONTRACTOR AND ENGINEER <br /> <br />The Contractor shall have on the job at all times as his agent, a competent <br />superintendent capable of reading and thoroughly understanding the plans and <br />specifications and being thoroughly experienced in the type of work being <br /> <br />SC-4 <br />
