<br />301 .18 <br /> <br />301.19 <br /> <br />301.20 <br /> <br />301.21 <br /> <br />301 .22 <br /> <br />Owner-Contractor Agreement <br /> <br />The agreement executed by the Owner and Contractor for the performance <br />of Work under the Contract Documents as stated in "Owner-Contractor <br />Agreement" of the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />Pro jec t <br /> <br />The entire amount of work to be performed as outlined in the drawings, <br />specifications, and any approved written Change Orders which are part of <br />these Contract Documents and as stated in paragr'aph 201.2 of the Owner- <br />Contractor Agreement. <br /> <br />Pro jec t Site <br /> <br />Any area or areas where work is to be performed on the Project. <br /> <br />Subcontractor <br /> <br />A party having a direct Contract with the Contractor for completion of a <br />portion of the Contractor's duties under the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />Substantial Completion <br /> <br />The Engineer's determination that the Project or' a portion thereof may <br />be used by the Owner without interference of other ongoing work or <br />portions of the Project. <br /> <br />301.23 Work <br /> <br />All labor necessary to produce the constl"uction required by the Contract <br />Documents, and all materials or equipment incorporated or to be incorpor- <br />ated in the Project. <br /> <br />302. PARTIES-RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />302.1 Owner <br /> <br />302.1.1 Definition <br /> <br />The "Owner" is the person, entity Ot" publ ic body identified in the <br />Owner-Contractor Agreement for which the project is to be performed. <br />The term "Owner" also includes the authorized agent of the Owner, but <br />not the Engineer. <br /> <br />The Owner and Contractor expressly agree that the <br />Owner shall have the following rights under this <br />Contract: <br /> <br />GC - 3 <br />
