Contract Documents

The Contract Documents shall consist of the following: Bid Form, Bid
Bond, Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, Certificate of
Insurance, Notice of Award, NoticE' to Proceed, an Addenda issued during
the bidding proceSS, the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all wr-itten Change
Orders, all drawings and specifications pertaining to the Project.

Contract Price

The total amount stated in the Owner-Contractor Agreement or as altered
by subsequent written Change Orders to be paid to the Contractor for the
performance of his obI igations under the Contract.

Con tract Time

The number of calendar days stated -in paragraph 201.7 of the Owner-
Contractor Agreement, in which the Project is to be Finally Completed.

Contractor

That person identified in paragraph 201.1 of the Owner-Contractor
Agreement as being responsible for completing the Project. See Section
302.2.

Engineer
That person named as Engineer by Owner, being Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc.

Final Completion

The time at which, on inspection by the Engineer, the Engineer finds the
Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the contract fully
performed.

Notice of Award

Written notice sent by the Owner informing the recipient that he is the
person selected to act as Contractor for the performance of Work on the
Project.

Notice to Proceed

The Owner's notification to the Contractor stating the date on which the
Contract Time is to begin to run and the Contract Time.

Owne r

That party identified as such in pal'agrilph 201.1 of the Owner-Contractor
Agreement. See Section 302.1.
