<br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(c) Be designed so that all public utilities and facili- <br />ties, such as sewer, gas, electrical and water systems <br />are located and constructed to minimize or eliminate <br />flood damage. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(d) Be designed so that adequate drainage is provided so <br />as to reduce exposure to flood hazards. <br /> <br />(e) Be designed so that new or replacement water supply <br />systems and sanitary sewage systems minimize or elim- <br />inate infiltration of floodwaters and provide for on- <br />site waste disposal systems to be located so as to <br />avoid impairment of them or contamination from them <br />during or subsequent to flooding. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(f) Be designed so that all utility and sanitary facilities <br />attendant to new construction and substantial improve- <br />ments of residential and nonresidential structures <br />shall be floodproofed to or above the level of the <br />intermediate regional flood. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />5-204 <br /> <br />Mobile Homes Prohibited in Flood Hazard Areas <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, no permit <br />shall be issued pursuant to these regulations allowing any mobile <br />home in any flood hazard area. <br /> <br />Article 3. <br /> <br />Specific Flood Hazard Areas in This <br />Jurisdiction Subject to Regulation <br /> <br />5-301 <br /> <br />All Areas Designated or Regulated Must Be Listed <br /> <br />All areas and zones within this jurisdiction that are subject <br />to regulation or designation under this chapter are listed and des- <br />cribed in 95-303. Any and all areas not so listed have not been <br />designated or regulated under this chapter. <br /> <br />5-302 <br /> <br />Designation or Regulation of Flood Hazard Areas <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />This body having considered the intensity of current and fore- <br />seeable development pressures, applicable Guidelines for Identification <br />and Designation adopted and issued by the Colorado Land Use Commission, <br />and the model floodplain regulations promulgated by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, it is the order of this body that, for reasons <br />specified in ~5-l01 of these regulations, the flornl hazard ~reas here- <br />tofore or hereafter described in 85-303 below are designated as areas <br />of state interest and that the flood hazard areas heretofore or here- <br />after described in 85-303 below are subject to the regulations adopted <br />by this jurisdiction. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-8- <br />
