I I I I I I (b) provide for adequate fire prevention measures, in- cluding fuel modification and/or fuel treatment; fire suppression systems, including fuelbreaks, firesafe structures and property; fire protection plans, including service roads for fire fighting and safety equipment and any other measures or plans recommended by the Colorado State Forest Ser- vice. 4-204 Medium Hazard Area (1) The provisions of this Section 4-204 apply to each medium hazard area shown on the map or maps listed in Article 3 of this Chapter 4. I (2) All uses in a medium hazard area intended or designed principally for, or that allow for the occupation, habi- tation or congregation of people shall: I I I (a) be permitted only in Medium Hazard Areas which have been modified to reduce the wildfire hazard rating of the proposed development site to one of low hazard. (b) have any modifications prescribed and any subsequent work supervised by a graduate forester with at least two years' fire experience in the Rocky Mountain area. I I I I I I (c) have a recommendation for approval of necessary modi- fications from the Colorado Forest Service. 4-205 Severe Tree Hazard Area (1) The provisions of this Section 4-205 apply to each severe tree hazard area shown on the maps listed in Article 3 of this Chapter 4. (2) All uses in a severe tree hazard area intended or designed principally for, or that allow for the occu- pation, habitation or congregation of people shall: (a) be permitted only in severe tree hazard areas which have been modified to reduce the wildfire hazard rating of the proposed development site to one of Low Hazard.
