<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(I) An analysis of the fiscal impacts on local services and <br />facilities. <br /> <br />(m) A statement that the developer will comply with all appli <br />cable Federal, State and local requirements existing at <br />the time the plan is to be implemented. <br /> <br />(n) Descriptive material showing the relationship of the <br />proposed development to existing comprehensive plans for <br />the area involved. <br /> <br />(2) Applicants seeking to engage in development of a mineral re- <br />source area without the intention of exploration or extrac- <br />tion of minerals also shall submit to the permit authority, <br />as a minimum, four copies of the following information, maps, <br />reports, or data: <br /> <br />(a) If the development is a subdivision, data equivalent to <br />that required for a Sketch Plan by the County (Munici- <br />pal) Subdivision Regulations. <br /> <br />(b) Evidence that the development plan will present no ob- <br />stacle to extraction of the mineral resource on or under <br />the subject property or evidence that the proposed <br />development will be of greater economic value than the <br />minerals present. <br /> <br />(3) Applications for development in mineral resource areas desig- <br />nated or regulated shall include such additional information <br />or data as may be required by this jurisdiction. <br /> <br />(4) Map Requirements - unless otherwise specified above, the <br />following map standards will be adhered to: <br /> <br />(a) Maps will be in compliance with national map accuracy <br />standards as promulgated by the U.S. Bureau of the <br />Budget; <br /> <br />(b) Topographic maps will have a contour interval of 10 feet <br />or smaller; <br /> <br />(c) Map scale shall be on a scale sufficiently detailed to <br />meet the objectives of this regulation but, in no case, <br />less detail"d than 1. inch "' 500 fcct. <br /> <br />(d) All maps shall show a true north arrow, section corners, <br />contour interval, and the appropriate land grid, the <br />name of the person who prepared the map, the map scale, <br />with bar scale in English and metric units, and the date <br />the map was prepared; <br /> <br />(e) One of the four copies of each map whall be in reproduc- <br />ible form (mylar, sepia, clear film positive). <br /> <br />-14- <br />
