<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(2) The petition shall be considered and the decision rendered <br />by the permit authority at a public hearing held in com- <br />pliance with the provisions of Section 403 of the Adminis- <br />trative Regulations adopted by this jurisdiction. <br /> <br />2-404 Applicant's Submission Requirements. <br /> <br />(1) All applicants seeking to engage in development subject to <br />this regulation in a mineral resource area shall submit to <br />the permit authority, as a minimum, four copies of the <br />following information, maps, reports, or data: <br /> <br />(a) Name and address of the applicant. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(b) When applicable, the name, address, and phone number of <br />the corporation's registered agent. <br /> <br />(c) The legal and layman's description of the proposed dev- <br />elopment site. <br /> <br />(d) An index map showing the general location of the permit <br />area and its relationship to surrounding topographic and <br />cultural features. A standard U.S.G.S. quadrangle map <br />would usually be adequate for an index map. <br /> <br />(e) Ownership of the surface of the area of land to be <br />affected. <br /> <br />(f) Ownership of the mineral rights affected. <br /> <br />(g) A topographic map or maps showing location, nature and <br />density of the proposed ,development or land use change. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(h) Aerial photographs, when available, of reasonable scale <br />and of a date which reasonably portrays the current <br />condition of the area to be covered by the permit appli- <br />cation. The area to be covered by the permit shall be <br />outlined on the aerial photograph. <br /> <br />(i) Type and location of mineral resources on or under the <br />property. <br /> <br />(j) An analysis of the commercial feasibility of extracting <br />the mineral resource. <br /> <br />(k) A map or maps portraying the geologic conditions of the <br />area with particular attention given to the appropriate <br />designated mineral resource deposit. If appropriate or <br />needed, subsurface geologic cross sections shall also be <br />utilized to portray such conditions at depth. If possiblE <br />the geologic maps shall be at the same scale and in the <br />same format as the development plan maps. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-13- <br />
