<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />shall allow the permit holder a period of at least <br />fifteen (15) days to correct the violations. If <br />the permit holder does not concur that he is in vio- <br />lation, he/she shall, within fifteen (15) days of <br />his/her receipt of said notice, show cause to the <br />permit authority why temporary suspension should not <br />be ordered. A hearing shall be held within said 30- <br />day period pursuant to subsection (2), below. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) Either prior to or subsequent to a temporary suspen- <br />sion, the permit authority may permanently revoke or <br />suspend the permit after conducting a public hearing <br />in substantially the same manner and after substan- <br />tially the same notice as for permit hearings, and <br />if it finds: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />(a) A violation of the provisions of the permit <br />or any applicable regulation for administration <br />which may have been adopted by this governing <br />body, or <br /> <br />(b) That the applicant has failed to take sub- <br />stantial steps to initiate the permitted dev- <br />elopment or activity within twelve (12) months <br />from the date of the permit or, if such steps <br />have been taken, the applicant has failed to <br />complete the development or activity with <br />reasonable diligence. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-21- <br />
