4. As compens'ation for the services of the CONTRACTOR', the

5. This contract is personal in nature and assignment of
performance by the Contractor to another is prohibited, unless prior
approval in writing is granted by the,CLIENT,

6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to.ccimply with the lette,r and spirit
of the, Colorado .Anti-discrimination Act of 1957 (C.R.S. 1973 24-34-301
et seg.land other applicable law respecting discrimination and unfair
employment practices. .

7. The provision of Article 17 of Title B, C.R.S. 1973, for
