WHEREAS, the CL.IENT desi:r;-esto employ the CONTRAC'!'OR to perJ;orm
photogrammetricservices'and detailed contour mapping of the. San Juan
River floodplain in the vicinity of pagosa Springs, Colorado.

NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by the CLIENT and the
CONTRACTOR that:

: 1. The .technical Representative of the CLIENT shall be the
i Colorado WaterConse.rvation .6oard. All technical aspects .of the
IprojeQ1. shall be coordinated with and approved by the Colorado Water
I Conservation .6oard. .

2. mie CONTRACTOR sha.ll perform work under the terms as outlined.
in Appendix A Request for Proposal, dated September 23, 1975 and revised
October 10, '1975 and Appendix .6 Proposal Letter, dated October 3, 1975
and revised Octobe.r 13, 1975 from the CONTRACTOR to the CLIENT, which
are all attached and are made .part of this CONTRACT.

3. The CONTRACTOR shall provide the CLIENT with the following
work performance items as described in Appendix A:

a. Three sets of 9".x 9" contact prints and
index maps.

b. Two sets of B/W prin~s of the manuscript
'at 1" = .100 I .

c. 150 digitized cross sections to be' obtained
at time of map compilation.

d. Two sets of finished mylar maps* at a scale
of ,1" = 200 I.

e. One set of finished mylar maps* at a scale'of
1" = 400'.
