Compile storm drainage design crilcria for standardization of design Ilfall
fUluredrainageimprOvements.

This report has been prepared to serve as a master plan for coordination of drainage facility
design and construction within the study area. This master plan will provide preliminary
facility recommendations which are generally in accordance with standard drainage criteria
and set forth basic criteria against which final designs may be evaluated. Projects have been
identified which will replace or modify existing structures within the basin which are
hydraulically inadequate. The intent of this report is llitl to provide precise design of storm
sewers, drainage channels and other improvements. The plan will provide criteria and
planning information to allow final design and construction to proceed efficiently.

6. Identify appropriate city poHcies and procedures related to the provi siollof
adequate drainage facilities in the city.

To achieve those objectives, the following generalized steps were employed:

2,

3,

4.

5,

6,

"
.,

I.
