Variations in proposed development may occur which will require revision or <br />modification of the specific proposals contained in this Drainage Master Plan. Any such <br />alternativeconfiguratioll5canbest be addressed at the time indiv idllalsllbdivisiondrainage <br />plans are prepared or the detailed design of a specific project is undertaken. At that time, <br />a significantly enhanced level ofdetai! is expected with regard to site specificcnnditions. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Variations in the type and/or size of required drainage facilities as recommended by this <br />master plan may be expected. However, the City of Cripple Creek's drainage policy will <br />require that major and minor drainage facility planning and design comply with this <br />Drainage Master Plan in terms of concept and runoff determination. Therefore, proposed <br />alternative drainage improvements shall conform to the intent and design concept developed <br />in this Drainage Master Plan and any variations will he subject to acce ptance by thc City <br />of Cripple Creek. <br /> <br />11.5 <br />
