Job Number 6l43J002 Project Portland Flume Reconstruction Existinq Structures: Eleven structures have been identified along Portland Flume which may be adversely affected by the proposed construction. These structures are identified as shown on the accompanying site plans. A detailed description and location sketch plan of each structure is included hereinafter, Photo- graphs of all the structures are available in our project files, Structure No. IP - (Sta 24 + 03): This structure is a very old, single story, wood frame shed. The structure has a suspended wood floor and a continuous concrete footing. The footing depth is very shallow and rests on the ground surface near the north end, The structure appears to be partially supported by a cable wrap- ped around the center of the structure and tied to a nearby tree. Structure No. 2P - (Sta 16 + 20): This structure is also an old, single story, wood frame shed in poor condition, The shed has a suspended wood floor which bears on posts and concrete blocks, The existing floor has undergone movement and is not level, The north wall of the shed bears directly on the existing flume floor, Structure No. 3P - (Sta 15 + 10): This structure is a single story, wood frame garage with an attached patio. The structure and patio rest on a continuous concrete foundation and stem wall located approximately 2 to 4 feet above the top of the existing flume wall and approximately 4 feet south of the existing wall, The floor of the garage is dirt, and the patio has been filled to the same elevation. Both the garage and patio are in good condi- tion. Structure No. 4P - (Sta 12 + 05): This structure is a single story, wood frame residence with a full basement, This structure -7- @
