<br />Produce Final Report and other Project Deliverables <br /> <br />Produce a final Flood Documentation Report to clearly and concisely convey the findings of the <br />Project study efforts. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to the 13 declared <br />counties. CWCS staff will provide write-ups to the Contractor for other areas of the state. <br />Contractor shall include the CWCS information as chapters in the final report. The CWCS will <br />use the text format and layout as provided by the Contractor. Include tolal dollar damages for each <br />geographic area. Reporllocal/slale/federal expenditures, etc. for flood response, <br />recovery, repair, cleanup, etc. Review FEMA Damage Survey Reporls (DSR's) <br />and summarize DSR 's for areas where good damage data is not available.) <br />(9) Previous/recenl flood hazard mitigalion efforts and fulure miligalion needs (when <br />readily available) <br />(10) Special or unique circumstances affecting flooding (man-made fealures, <br />project failures, extreme floods beyond design capacilies, dilch failures, railroad <br />embankment failures, etc.) <br />(1 I) Selected flood pholographs, charts, graphics, and lables 10 supporl the <br />text <br />2.
