The map shall depict Ihe documenledfloods and should show the location and size <br />of each rainstorm, Ihe maximum precipilation amount, Ihe dale of Ihe flood, the name of <br />the affected sire am, the peak discharge, and Ihe drainage area. This map may be <br />produced digitally so that it may be easily modified or resized if necessary. <br /> <br />V. Technical Addendum (under separate cover) <br />A. The final hard copy reports shall contain a generous amount of color photographs, color <br />maps, graphs/charts, and tables to the extent possible. Maps shall be used to depict flood <br />areas. The final report shall be produced with high quality paper, maps, printing, and <br />copying. A very professional and dynamic presentation/format is desired. The report cover <br />and layout shall be approved by the CWCB. <br /> <br />. The Flood Documentation Report shall also be produced in digital format. The digital format <br />shall include an interactive Internet web site that can be easily added to the CWCS's home <br />page on the Internet. The digital flood information shall include color flood photos and color <br />video clips along with a printable copy of the entire report, links to other sources of related <br />information, various maps, news releases, weather information, and a clickable state map <br />with highlighted counties containing 1997 flood information. Interactive CD's shall be <br />produced as a byproduct from the developed web site and shall contain all of the above <br />information. <br /> <br />. A "Colorado Floods of 1997" VHS video will not be produced as part of this contract. <br />Contractor shall collect, document, and index all available flood video from various sources <br />including the CWCS, local officials, private citizens, and news stations. Manipulation of <br />raw video data is not required. Raw footage may likely be used for a separate video task. A <br />change order may be issued to the Contractor to include video work as an option above and <br />beyond the original contract scope and amount. If this option is exercised, the Contractor <br />may choose to subcontract with a qualified firm or individual to perform the video tasks. <br /> <br />. The CWCS may also issue a change order to the Contractor to include optional services from <br />the Colorado Climate Center at CSU. This work is an option that is above and beyond the <br />original contract scope and amount. The Colorado Climate Center would act as a <br />subconsultant to the Contractor to perform bucket survey verification and other tasks to <br />produce a brief rainfall analysis report for the Pawnee Creek storm of July 29/30, 1997. <br /> <br />5 <br />
