These analyses required <br />utilizing the HEC-5 reservoir system simulation computer program, the HEC-4 streamflow <br />generation computer program, and the HYDUR hydropower feasibility analysis computer <br />program. He has investigated drought conditions in a river-reservoir system, and evaluated dam <br />spillways with respect to their capability to handle severe flood events such as the probable <br />maximum flood. He has also completed dambreak inundation studies and associated Emergency <br />Action Plans. Completed projects include: <br /> <br />.
