These projects have involved <br />performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, <br />mapping floodplains, developing drainage plans, <br />evaluating existing facilities, analyzing alternatives, <br />generating cost estimates and financial plans, <br />conducting O&M reviews, and producing drainage <br />design manuals. In addition, Montgomery Watson <br />has performed numerous projects related to other <br />aspects of stormwater analysis, including hydrologic <br />and hydraulic modeling studies and design studies. <br />Montgomery Watson's related experience can be <br />summarized by the following facts: <br /> <br />. Montgomery Watson has analyzed flood <br />hazards in 58 communities in seven states; <br />Montgomery Watson has been one of <br />FEMA's study contractors for over 20 years. <br /> <br />. Montgomery Watson has prepared over 30 <br />complete drainage master plans for <br />communities in the western United States <br /> <br />. Montgomery Watson has modeled over <br />10,000 square miles of urban and <br />undeveloped watersheds with a variety of <br />hydrologic simulation programs (HEC-l, <br />TR-20, SWMM, HYDRA, ILLUDAS, <br />FLOOD, RA1) <br /> <br />. Montgomery Watson has performed <br />hydraulic modeling of over 600 stream miles <br />with HEC-2 and WSPG <br /> <br />The following projects are representative of the <br />experience of the proposed project team members <br />over the past five years. Project team members had <br />key roles in each of these projects. <br /> <br />Canon City Hazard Mitigation Grant Program <br />Application, Canon City and Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board - HMGP application to <br />address downtown flooding caused by runoff from <br />steep hillsides. Alternatives included a series of <br />detention basins and conveyance system <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Jordan River Flood Insurance Study, FEMA - <br />Hydraulic analysis and floodplain mapping for 10 <br />miles of Jordan River north of Utah Lake. <br />Application of FEMA levee policy. <br /> <br />Northridge Tributary Channel Stabilization, <br />Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District - <br />Analysis, design and construction management for <br />three grouted sloping boulder drop structures to <br />control severe channel erosion. <br /> <br />Provo River Restoration Project, Central Utah <br />Water Conservancy District - Preliminary design <br />of 10 miles of river restoration in Heber Valley, <br /> <br />((II) MONTGOMERY WATSON . 4-2 <br />
