<br />Project Team and Related Experience <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 4 <br /> <br />Project Team <br /> <br />The qualifications and responsibilities of our key <br />project team members are summarized below. <br />Resumes are provided at the end of this section. <br /> <br />Project Manager. Edwin <br />"Chip" Paulson, P.E. <br />Chip Paulson will serve as <br />Project Manager. He will be <br />responsible for supervising all <br />,. <br />., technical work, and managing <br />the project budget and schedule. He will be the key <br />point of contact between the consultant team and <br />Clear Creek County and the Town of Georgetown. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson has 19 years of experience in flood <br />control and stormwater management. He has <br />managed nine city-wide and county-wide flood <br />control and storm drainage master plan projects for <br />communities throughout the Western United States. <br />He has had management and technical responsibility <br />for seven flood insurance studies. He has conducted <br />projects for and coordinated projects with the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), <br />and several other State and Federal agencies. He <br /> <br />was recently Project Manager for the Canon City, <br />CO Hazard Mitigation Grant Program application <br />Gointly funded and managed by CWCB), and the <br />Jordan River, UT flood insurance study for FEMA. <br />Mr. Paulson is active in the Colorado Association <br />of Stormwater and Floodplain Managers, and is <br />currently serving as Newsletter Editor. <br /> <br />Project Engineer. George <br />Slovensky, P.E. <br />George Slovensky will serve <br />as Project Engineer. He will <br />be responsible for conducting <br />all technical work and <br />prepating draft reports and graphics. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Slovensky has 5 years of experience in flood <br />control and stormwater management. He has been <br />Project Engineer or staff engineer on over 15 <br />projects requiting expertise in hydrologic analysis, <br />open channel hydraulics, floodplain mapping, <br />storffiwater and floodplain planning, sediment <br />transport, stormwater quality, and flood control <br />facility design. He was recently Project Engineer <br />for the Canon City Hazard Mitigation Grant Program <br />grant application, and the Jordan River flood <br /> <br />((II) MONTGOMERY WATSON . 4-1 <br />
