<br />The last subsection contains one question with a series of possiblc additional information on past and <br />prcsently used mitigation measures, Each measure was to be rated on cffectiveness with a poor, fair or <br />good response. A description or cost ,estimate was also provided by communities, <br /> <br />Multi-Obiective Use of Stream Corridors. The first question in this scction asked the communitics if multi- <br />objective projects have been used and ifso, have they bcen effective, A description is allowed ifrhe multi- <br />objective project was not effective, A wpporting inquiry was made to see if there was an interest in multi- <br />objective projects. A list of benefits was provided with space to give a dcscription of the project, location <br />and cost estimate for each item, The Ian two questions aslwd if there was a concern for prcserving the loss <br />of agricultural lands and would there be interest in any other type of flood related project. Both have a <br />space for descriptions and the first mal' include a map, <br /> <br />Institutional Issues, This secl:ion starts off by determining what regulations the community has, Next was <br />an inquiry concerning the neled for wat(:rshed based drainage master plans and if so, for what watersheds, <br />The third question is to determine if ccmmunities would think it beneficial to develop a statewide storm <br />drainage criteria manual. The next two explore community funding mechanisms; do they have one and <br />what would they prefer if a ,:hoice was given.
