about 2,563 acres. At $85/acre, this would require
$217,855 of board funds. As indicated in paragraph 6
above. the Bureau is recommending that the Board acquire an
additional section of school land (640 acres) in the
Russell Lakes area. Acquisition of this acreage would add
$54,400 to the Board's cost for land resulting in a total
expenditure of $272.255.

Based on the suballocation prepared by the Bureau. the
Board's cost of recreation and fish and wildlife facilities
would total $621,575 adding the land acquisition costs of
$272,2':>5 would result in a total of $893,830 as the Board's
cost. This amount would exceed the Board's authorized funds by
$268,830.

10. Recommendation:
