If the suggested suballocation shown in paragraph 10 is <br />not acceptable to DOW I suggest that the estimated <br />costs of the recreation facilities be reduced to offset <br />the amount shown as DOW shortage, i.e, reducing the <br />number of picnic sites and campsites, reducing the cost <br />of the comfort station. These reductions would also <br />reduce the cost of utilities. <br /> <br />b.
