Transmitted are 10 revised copies of plate IS of the subject design <br />memorandum noting that the unit hydrograph data are based on the contrib- <br />uting drainage area for the standard project flood which constitutes the <br />area below elevation 9000 feet. Also inclosed are 10 copies of pages <br />17 and 19 ,lith reviseil paragraphs 44 and 45. <br /> <br />2. The comment contained in paragraph 2, 3d Ind SWDPL-R (SWAED-EP 27 <br />Dee 76), dated 14 Jun 77, subject: Review of "Preliminary Evaluation <br />of ~ater Quality of Proposed Fountain Lake, Colorado," will be addressed <br />in the Phase I report.
