The staff's analysis, review comments and a copy of the project' summary will be forwarded to the CWCB prior to the meeting of the CWCB. A copy of the staff's analysis and review comments will also be sent to the Executive Director of the Authority. The staff's review will focus on.the.'proiect's impact onexfsting;;, in stream:,flowsandon compacts and/or-Un itBd::St&taii~$upreJl\e-~~Q)lirtj ,equit.~b~e.;illocati ondec:rees~ The Authority' wi' r provide the' CWCIt staff wfth the available water rights information from the sponsor's application. If additional information is needed, the eWeB staff should contact the sponsor directly. 3. The eWeB staff win present its findings at' the next scheduled meeting of the cwes. The staff of the Authority and/or project sponsor will be available for questions at the meeting. 2. 4. After review by the CWCB, the Oirector of the cwes will forward, within' two weeks a letter to the Executive Director of'the Authority containing the cwes's comments. 5. The Executive Director of the Authority and the project sponsor will review the comments. If these parties do not concur with the eWeB comments, further attempts will be made to reach concurrence. A letter response addressing the CWCB comments will be forwarded to the Director of the CWCB and the Authority Board of Directors within one month of receipt of the eWCB comments. The eWCB shall be afforded an opportunity for final oral and/or written comments to the Authority Board before it acts on the application. This would complete the review process. ,., "- ~---
