Essential closeouts of both declared <br />disasters should occur by end FY-1989. The Division will <br />cont i nue to stress network i ng with othe r departments and <br />agenc i es th rough format i on of both pe r'rnanent and ad hoc <br />interagency and i nterg0vernmenta 1 task forces and work i ng <br />groups under gUbernatbrial authority where appropriate, <br />Design of plans to address national security threats and then <br />their adaptation to address other identified hazards in the <br />community will continue to be a principle of Colorado's <br />planning approach, <br /> <br />The specific program results sought are described in the <br />narratives which are attached ln this order: <br /> <br />CAP - SSSE (See enclosure 9) <br />CSD (to be developed) <br />DC & W <br />DPI <br />E~IA <br />EMT <br />FS <br />HAZMAT <br />HMA <br />IMA <br />PPP <br />RADEF (includes RI/M&C and RDP&D) <br />REP <br />SLER <br /> <br />E, <br /> <br />These and other efforts wi 11 be accompl ished by a permanent <br />staff of 26 authorized positions (two PPP positions vacant) <br />organized as shown on the attachments.
