<br />TABLE 3 <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Is Consistent With Corns of Engineers <br />Detailed Floodplain Mappinl!: (Not Desilmated). <br />And Which Has Not Previauslv Been Desil!:nated <br /> <br />The Colorado River from a point approximately 6000 feet downstream of the crossing of Interstate <br />Highway 70 approximately I mile upstream of the upstream end of DeBeque Canyon, near DeBeque, <br />upstream to a point approximately 2200 feet downstream of its confluence with Parachute Creek, at <br />Parachute <br /> <br />The Colorado River from a point approximately 480 feet upstream of the crossing of County Road 300 (to <br />Battlement Mesa), at Parachute, upstream to a point approximately 2.5 miles downstream of the crossing of <br />Highway 13, at Rifle <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which has not previously been designated and approved by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, as listed in Table 4, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />T ABLF: 4 <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Has Not Previouslv Been Desilmated <br /> <br />The Colorado River from the Utah-Colorado state line upstream to a point approximately 4.75 miles downstream <br />of its confluence with Little Salt Wash, near Fruita <br /> <br />The Colorado River from a point approximately 0.15 mile upstream of the crossing of Interstate Highway 70 <br />at the downstream end of DeBeque Canyon, near l'alisade, upstream to a point approximately 6000 feet <br />downstream of the crossing of Interstate Highway 70 ilPproximately I mile upstream end of DeBeque Canyon, <br /> <br />near DeBeque ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hydrologic information for the stream reaches included in Table I has <br />been derived directly from previously designated detailed floodplain information; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hydrologic information for the stream reaches included in Tables 2 and <br />3 has been derived directly from detailed hydrologic information developed for the 1987 <br />preliminary mapping of the Colorado River floodplain prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers, Sacramento District, which hydrologic information meets the technical criteria of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board regarding detlliled flood hydrology, but which has not been <br />designated and approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hydrologic information for the stream reaches included in Table 4 has <br /> <br />8 <br />
