<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which is consistent with detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by <br />Resolutions Nos. 303,92-330,92-331,92-332 and 94-365, as listed in Table I, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Is Consistent With Detailed Information <br />Previouslv Designated bv Resolutions Nos. 303. 92-330. 92-331. 92-332 and 94-365 <br /> <br />The Colorado River from a point approximately 4.75 miles downstream of its confluence with Little <br />Salt Wash, near Fruita, upstream to a point approximately 0.15 mile upstream of the crossing of <br /> <br />Interstate Highway 70 at the downstream end of DeBeque Canyon, near Palisade <br /> <br />The Colorado River from a point approximately 2200 feet downstream of its confluence with Parachute <br />Creek, at Parachute, upstream to a point approximately 480 feet upstream of the crossing of County <br /> <br />Road 300 (to Battlement Mesa), at Parachute ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which is consistent with the undesignated detailed floodplain information included in the 1987 <br />preliminary mapping of the Colorado River floodplain prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers, Sacramento District, but which is inconsistent with detailed floodplain information that <br />has previously been designated and approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board by <br />Resolutions Nos. 22, 245 and 246, as listed in Table 2, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 2 <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Is Consistent With Corns of Engineers <br />Detailed Floodplain Mapping (Not Desil!:Ilated1. But Which Is Inconsistent With <br />Approximate Information Previouslv Designated bv Resolutions Nos. 22. 245 and 246 <br /> <br />The Colorado River from a point approximately 2.5 miles downstream of the crossing of Highway 13, <br />at Rifle, upstream to that crossing ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which is consistent with the undesignated detailed floodplain information included in the 1987 <br />preliminary mapping of the Colorado River floodplain prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers, Sacramento District, and which has not previously been designated and approved by <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as listed in Table 3, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />7 <br />
