<br />the detailed floodplain information included in said report and rescinded those portions of <br />Resolutions Nos. 79 and 208 relating to the Colorado River and Horizon Drive Channel within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Grand Junction, as they were on July 15, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Palisade, Colorado, Mesa County", <br />dated July 15, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for the Colorado River <br />within the corporate limits of the Town of Palisade, as they were on July 15, 1992, which revised <br />the detailed information for the Colorado River contained in Resolution No. 80; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of <br />Palisade, by Resolution No. 92-332, adopted on November 10, 1992, designated and approved <br />the detailed floodplain information included in said report and rescinded that portion of <br />Resolution No. 80 relating to the Colorado River within the corporate limits of the Town of <br />Palisade, as they were on November 10, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Palisade, Colorado, Mesa County", <br />dated February 5, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for the Colorado River <br />within the corporate limits of the Town of Palisade, as they were on February 5,1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Delta, <br />by Resolution No. 94-354.08, adopted on May 26, 1994, acknowledged but did not designate and <br />approve the detailed floodplain information included in said report and did not rescind any <br />portion of Resolution No. 92-332; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City ofFruita, Colorado, Mesa County", dated <br />June 1, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approximate floodplain information for <br />streams within the corporate limits of the City of Fruita, as they were on June 1, 1981, including <br />the Colorado River; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Fruita, <br />by Resolution No. 94-354.11, adopted on May 26, 1994, acknowledged but did not designate and <br />approve the detailed and approximate floodplain information included in said report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br /> <br />5 <br />
