Personnel <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Fairley will be the project manager and Mr. Andy McCord the Project Engineer. Both <br />Mr, Fairley and Mr. McCord have experience with underdrains and pump station design. Mr. <br />Fairley designed over 10,000 feet of underdrain in the City of Boulder. The underdrain provides <br />, water to a fish raising operation. Water quality and sediment were key issues in the design. He <br />also designed dewatering systems for the Westminster City Hall and the Westminster Commons <br />Retirement Center. Mr. Fairley designed pump stations for the City and County of Denver and <br />Stapleton International Airpon. Mr. McCord has considerable experience with water and <br />sanitation districts which includes pump station design. <br /> <br />VI. Background of Kiowa Engineering Corporation <br />Kiowa Engineering Corporation was formed in June, 1987, as a result of the acquisition <br />of the Denver and Colorado Springs offices of Simons, Li & Associates, Inc. The principals of <br />Kiowa Engineering were all senior project managers with Simons, Li & Associates, Inc., and <br />were responsible for day-to-day business activities since October, 1983. In shon, the principals <br />of Kiowa Engineering have all had direct involvement with the clients, as well as extensive <br />analysis, design, and construction experience. <br />Kiowa operates offices in Colorado Springs and Denver. Current projects involve <br />municipal and private clients in the Denver Metro and Pikes Peak areas as well as the State of <br />Colorado. The staff currently is composed of eight employees, consisting of the four <br />engineering professionals, a structural engineer, two engineering technicians, and an <br />administrative secretary. Kiowa also draws upon several professional engineers, urban planners, <br />and scientists to provide specialty consultant services in the areas of environmental assessment, <br />urban design, landscape design, geotechnical engineering, surveying, and construction <br />management <br /> <br />CAPABILITIES <br />Kiowa Engineering is a multi-disciplined engineering firm which has planning, design, <br />and construction expenise in the following fields: <br />Bridge and Roadway Design <br />Civil Design and Land Development <br />Construction Management and Observation <br />Stormwater Management <br />Flood and Erosion Control <br />Hydrologic and Hydraulic Engineering <br />
