Wray - President: Mr. Wray has over thirteen years of civil design <br />experience related to bridge, road design, and flood control. Mr. Wray was recently the project <br />principal on the Sinton Road, and West Fork Sand Creek Bridges at Murray Boulevard and <br />Palmer Park Boulevard. Mr. Wray is the project principal for the U.S, 24 Phase 2 Preliminary <br />Drainage Design (as a subconsultant to CRS Sirrine, Inc.). Mr. Wray was project manager for <br />the Pebble Way Bridge Improvement project and for Infrastructure Improvements for the 2,000 <br />acre Colorado Springs Ranch Development. Mr. Wray recently completed the design and <br />construction services for the Douglas County Road 75 Bridge Replacement project in Deckers, <br />Colorado. Mr. Wray was the project manager for the Sunwest Honda, Tall Trees Subdivision, <br />and the Red Rock Center site development projects in Colorado Springs. <br /> <br />James Y. Chang - Vice President: Mr. Chang has thirteen years of civil planning <br />and design experience related to roadways, storm drainage, and flood control projects. Mr. <br />Chang is currently the project manager for the Sable and Granby Ditch Outfall Planning Study in <br />Aurora, the East Fork Sand Creek, and Bear Creek Drainage Basin Planning Studies in Colorado <br />Springs. Mr. Chang has recently been responsible for the development of software to facilitate <br />the compilation of hydraulic and hydrologic data linking AUTOCAD to other generally accepted <br />hydrologic models. <br /> <br />Thomas C. Fairley - SecretaryfI'reasurer: Mr. Fairley has over thirteen years of <br />civil design and construction experience related to water, sewer, roadway, and flood control <br />structures. Mr. Fairley was recently the project manager for the hydrologic and hydraulic design <br />for the Old Pueblo Road Bridge Replacement project at Fountain Creek in EI Paso County. Mr. <br />Fairley was project manager for the Cozy Corner Waterline Relocation associated with the <br />replacement of State Highway 128 in Westminster, Colorado. Mr. Fairley was also the project <br />manager for the Second Creek and Third Creek Major Drainageway Planning Study, which <br />covers the drainage areas to be impacted by the New Denver Airport project. He was <br />responsible for the civil engineering design at the new City Hall in Westminster and was project <br />engineer for the Havana and Peoria Street Bridge Replacement project in rural Adams County. <br />Mr. Fairley recently completed the civil design and construction observation services for the <br />
