This project will rehabilitate approximately 22 houses in Bent County. A Master Plan
shows 81 housing units in a deteriorated or dilapidated conditions. The office of
Community Development has a waiting list of 84 persons desiring assistance with their
home. Following a survey by the staff the need in Bent County continues to be high.
