ESTIMATES REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION COSTS INCLUDING <br />RELOCATION COSTS UNDER PUBLIC LAW 91-646, ADMINISTRATION <br />COSTS OF TITLE WORK, ACQUISITION APPRAISAL, and ECT. <br />. DOCUMENTS THE REAL ESTATE ANALYSIS IN A TECHNICAL FORMAT, <br />ENTITLED REAL ESTATE PLAN (REP), TO BE INCLUDED AS AN <br />APPENDIX IN THE FEASIBILITY REPORT. A REP IS NECESSARY FOR <br />DEFINING THE MINMUM REAL ESTATE REQUIREMENTS, THE TOTAL <br />ESTIMATED COST OF THE REAL ESTATE FOR THE PROPOSED <br />PROJECT, AS WILL AS A GUIDE AS TO HOW THE WILL BE ACQUIRED. <br />. NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT REGULATIONS DEFINED IN ER 405-1- <br />12 (CHAPTER 12) AND THE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PUBLIC LAW 91- <br />646 ARE FOLLOWED. <br />. WORKS WITH THE PROJECT SPONSOR, THE PROJECT MANAGER, <br />AND THE PROJECT TEAM TO DEVELOP AN ESTIMATED SCHEDULE <br />FOR THE LAND ACQUISITION. THE LAND ACQUISITION SCHEDULE IS <br />TO INSURE THAT THE REAL ESTATE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR <br />PROJECT CONSTRUCTION. <br />. ATTENDS ALL STUDY PROGRESS AND/OR PROBLEMS. COORDINATES <br />INFORMATION BACK TO AREAS WITHIN REAL ESTATE THAT MAYBE <br />IMPACTED. <br />. OBTAINS OR COORDINATES RIGHTS-OF-ENTRIES FOR THE PROJECT. <br />. THE REAL ESTATE DIVISION'S TECHNICAL MANAGER IS THE REAL <br />ESTATE PLANNER. THE REAL ESTATE TECHNICAL MANAGER IS <br />RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSOLIDATING, COORDINATING ALL REAL <br />ESTATE INFORMATION. <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE CARTOGRAPHIC TECHNICIAN: <br />CARTOGRAPHIC TECHNICIAN: A CORPS OF ENGINEERS REAL ESTATE <br />CARTOGRAPHIC TECHNICIAN FROM THE REAL ESTATE DIVISION, <br />PLANNING AND CONTROL BRANCH, (CENWO-RE-PR) WILL BE <br />ASSIGNED TO THE FEASIBILITY STUDY. THE CARTOGRAPHIC <br />TECHNICIAN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING THE REAL ESTATE <br />BASE MAP; DEVELOP A MAP OF EACH ALTERNATIVE BEING STUDIED <br />AND THE FINAL REAL ESTATE MAP FOR THE NED AND SELECTED <br />PLAN. THE FOLLOWOING IS A LIST OF THE PRIMARY <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REAL ESATATE <br /> <br />. DEVELOPS REAL ESTATE BASE MAP SHOWING EXISTING <br />OWNERSHIPS, PROJECT AREA, PROPERTY LINES, UTILITIES AND <br />FACILITIES AND ALL OTHER REAL ESTATE INFORMATION THAT <br />PERTAINS TO THE STUDY AREA. <br /> <br />29 <br />
