Financial hardships <br />alone shall not constitute grounds for exception from the reguire- <br />men t s of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Municipal Code is hereby amended as indicated on <br />the attached pages, labeled Exhibit "A-I". <br /> <br />Section 4. Viola tions. Any person, firm or corpora tion, whe ther <br />as principal or agent, employee or otherwise, violating or causing <br />or permitting the violation of the provisions of this ordinance is <br />guilty of an infraction. Any part of any building erected contra- <br />ry to the provisions of this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />unlawful and a public nuisance and the City Attorney shall, upon <br />order of the City Council, immediately commence action for the <br />abatement or removal thereof. <br /> <br />Should any person, firm or corporation violate the terms of this <br />ordinance and any action is authorized by the City Councilor the <br />Ci ty At torney, or is in fact fi led for said violations, no other <br />actions shall be taken on any applications filed by or on behalf <br />of said person, firm or corporation, until the litigation has been <br />resolved. <br /> <br />Section 5. Severability. <br />unenforceable, such f1nding <br />any other part. <br /> <br />If any part of this ordinance is found <br />shall not affect the enforceability of <br /> <br />Section 6.
