Phase I includes improvements on <br /> <br /> <br />the downstream end of Portland and Cascade Creeks. This design includes 1,100 <br /> <br /> <br />feet of concrete flume with a debris catchment basin. Phase II includes <br /> <br />improvements on the upstream portions of the two creeks. The design of <br /> <br />Phase II includes 2,500 feet of concrete flume, improvement entrances to the <br /> <br />flumes, and debris fences.
