Key Personnel <br /> <br /> <br />This project will be conducted under the overall supervision of <br /> <br /> <br />Dr. Daryl B. Simons, P.E. Dr. Simons will provide guidance and direction and <br /> <br /> <br />also review the project. Dr. Wen-Sheng Liang, P.E. will be the project <br /> <br /> <br />manager responsible for day-to-day management of the project. Dr. Liang has <br /> <br /> <br />extensive experience on similar projects and has utilized the HEC-2 model on <br /> <br /> <br />numerous other projects. Mr. Thomas C. Fairley will be the project engineer <br /> <br /> <br />responsible for performing engineering analysis and preparing the report. <br /> <br /> <br />The proposed project team has successfully completed many projects and <br /> <br /> <br />has been able to consistently complete projects on schedule and within budget <br /> <br /> <br />constraints. Related Experience <br /> <br /> <br />Simons, Li & Associates, Inc. has completed over 200 projects involving <br /> <br /> <br />drainage, flood control, and river mechanics. In the years since the <br /> <br /> <br />company's inception, SLA has developed a national reputation for successfully <br /> <br /> <br />completing projects in these fields. A representative listing of related pro- <br /> <br /> <br />jects is included in the following pages.
