Do all routine maintenance listed in Part 6.2. <br />Substitute an on-line test for the off-line test <br />described in that Part. <br />2. On-line test <br />a. Notify everyone '~n the call list that the dialer <br />is supposed to c<l.ll them.. <br />b. Raise the lower :float and hold it up. <br />c. Let the ent:ire lower alarm tape play until the <br />alarm stops. <br />d. Raise the middle float and hold it up. <br />e. Raise the upper float to start the dialer and <br />release it. <br />f. Let the ent,ire \:Ipper al.lrm tape play until the <br />alarm stops. <br />g. Release the middle float and see if the lower <br />alarm tape plays ..gain. <br />h. Release the lower float. It isn't necessary to <br />wait for the tape to finish before leaving. <br />Leave the dialer cm line 9. <br />1. After the semiannual test:, contact the people on <br />the alarm c:all list and make sure they got the <br />messages. <br /> <br />6.4 winterization <br />6.4.1 When - November. <br /> <br />6.4.2 Tasks <br />1. Remove battery from al.lrm dialer. <br />2. Remove tape from alarm dialer (carefully). <br />3.
