Detailed understandings and agree- ments will be arrived at as the project progresses and as it becomes necessary. Land Treabnent Measures for Watershed Protection Land treatment measures for watershed protection will be installed and maintained by the landowners and operators of the farms and ranches on which the measures are applied under agreement with the Cherry Creek Soil Conservation District. Representatives of the Soil Conservation District, Soil Conservation Service, Forest Service, and Colorado State Forest Service will make periodic inspections of the land treatment measures to determine maintenance needs and will encourage landowners and operators to perform periodic maintenance.
