<br />G. Determination of Cross-Section Alignment. The cross-section alignments <br />shall be located directly on a set of the contact prints or directly on the <br />manuscript and shall be digitized during the mapping phase. In order to <br />handle this task in a timely manner, I set of aerial photographs shall be <br />completely labeled and provided to the CWCB as soon as possible after <br />flying. <br /> <br />H. Section Lines. Section lines within the project area shall be located on the <br />final mylar maps by the following procedures: <br /> <br />I. Known section corners only within the mapping limits shall be <br />located and paneled prior to flying. <br /> <br />2. Coordinate values and elevations shall be determined for known <br />section corners by third order surveys as described in item III D of <br />these specifications. <br /> <br />3. Section lines where corners are beyond mapping limits shall be <br />determined by enlarging 7.5 minute USGS quads and transferring <br />section lines onto the mapping by matching planimetric and <br />physical features. <br /> <br />I. Corporate Limits. Corporate limits within the project shall be located on <br />the final mylar line maps by the following procedures: <br /> <br />I. Known corporate limit markers shall be located and paneled within <br />the mapping area prior to flying. <br /> <br />2. Unmarked corporate limit lines shall be drawn on the new mapping <br />using the best and most recent community map available for <br />matching plainmetric and physical features <br /> <br />J. Exhihits Exhibits one through six are attached for general information to <br />assist the contractor in understanding the specifications and materials <br />required. <br /> <br />V. ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL <br /> <br />Work performed under these specifications shall be subject to review and <br />examination by the CWCB at any place where such work is being performed. <br />The contracting agency shall have the right to reject inaccurate or substandard <br />work at any time.
