Minimizing Hail Damage to Roofs and Windows <br /> <br />Project Description: <br /> <br />The communities of Morgan County have experienced severe wind, hail and the damage that <br />storms can produce, Major damage caused by these storms has cost insurance companies <br />millions of dollars in repairs to roofs, windows, and structures, <br /> <br />The purpose of this project is to promote partnerships, as well as a marketing campaign, with the <br />public and local insurance agencies to implement retrofitting of structures, Expanding awareness <br />of the latest technology in window film and hail-resistant roofs will reduce claims and the costs <br />associated with these storms, <br /> <br />Benefits: Reduction by 50% in Insurance Damage Claims <br /> <br />Project Actions Include: <br /> <br />.
