<br />said report by Resolution No. 101 on March 16, 1978; and

<br />to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, prepared
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study,. City of Manitou
<br />Colorado, El Paso. County," dated August 1, 1983; and
