Governments, has previously completed certain delineation reports within unincorporated El Paso adjacent communities as listed in Table I, attached by this reference incorporated herein; and Albuquerque Council of floodplain County and hereto and WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the entities listed in Table I, approved and designated the floodplains which lie within El Paso County and adjacent communities in the said reports listed in Table 1; and WHEREAS, the U.S. Soil Conservation c6mpleted a report entitled "Flood Creek, City of Colorado Springs and El dated July, 1973; and Service has previOUSly Hazard Analyses, Sand Paso County, Colorado," -2-
