THE TRACT II AREA (AREA NO.7) <br /> <br />The next area considered in the master drainage plan is the <br /> <br />Tract II area, located generally in the southeast area of <br /> <br />the Town of Yuma. This area is bounded on the West generally <br /> <br />by the back10t lines between Birch Street and South Ash with <br /> <br />a line extending across School Property generally from the <br /> <br />intersection of 13th and South Ash diagonally to 8th Avenue <br /> <br />and Buffalo with a northern boundary of 8th Avenue. The <br /> <br />east boundary is generally South Detroit Street with a southern <br /> <br />boundary generally the south boundary of Tract I and tying into <br /> <br />the Pheasant Ridge area. This area contains approximately <br /> <br />100 acres. The Tract II area drains generally from west to <br /> <br />east, and any small amount of rainfall causes ponding west of <br /> <br />South Detroit Street around the area of 13th Avenue extended. <br /> <br />8. THE SIEL DEVELOPMENT AREA (AREA NO.8) <br /> <br />The next area considered is the Sie1 Development area which <br /> <br />is located with a northern boundary of approximately 8th Ave.nue, <br /> <br />a western boundary of South Detroit Street, the southern boundary <br /> <br />approximately 13th Avenue extended and the East bQundary of <br /> <br />Id1ewild Street extended.
