is all of that area contributory to the detention pond located

West of Cedar Street and South of West 10th Avenue. The

major portion of the Pheasant Ridge develop ment drains into

this Pheasant Ridge detention pond. The area is bounded on

the West by the back10t lines of Cedar Circle South, and on

the south by the back10t lines of Cedar Circle. The east

boundary is the lots between Birch Circle and South Ash Street.

The area is bounded on the north by the back10t line of Cedar

Drive, as indicated on the attached Exhibit II in this report.

An additional area contributory to the Pheasant Ridge Pond

is all of that area west of Cedar Circle to the County Road to

the west and south of West 8th Avenue. The area contributory

to the Pheasant Ridge pond is approximately 210 acres.

6. LEGION POND AREA (AREA NO.6)

The Legion Pond Area consists of all of the drainage which

drains generally into the Legion Pond. The north boundary

of this area is generally West 8th Avenue, and the east

boundary is a line extending generally from 8th Avenue and

Buffalo Street to 13th Avenue and South Ash Street, with the

south boundary being a zigzag pattern with a line south of

West llth Avenue to the.back1ot line of West llth Avenue, and

the west boundary is generally South Date Street. This area
