The area considered <br /> <br />as contributory to the Indian Hills Development is all of that <br /> <br />drainage area north of the Burlington Northern Railroad <br /> <br />and extending West to Highway 34 as indicated ~~hi~it~ r <br /> <br />in this report. The entire area contains approximately <br /> <br />925 acres. <br /> <br />4. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (AREA NO.4) <br /> <br />The next major area considered in the master drainage plan <br /> <br />is the Industrial Development. This area is generally bounded <br /> <br />on the north by the Burlington Northern Railroad, on the east <br /> <br />by Id1ewild Street, on the south by East 8th Avenue, and on <br /> <br />the west by South Detroit Street. This area drains generally <br /> <br />northeasterly to a detention pond located north of Second <br /> <br />Avenue and West of Id1ewild Street. There is no particular <br /> <br />drainage problem in this area at this time du.e to the fact <br /> <br />that the area is not completely developed. Approximately <br /> <br />25% of the area is developed and the streets are neither <br /> <br />graded nor paved. The area contains approximately 139 acres. <br /> <br />5. PHEASANT RIDGE AREA (AREA NO.5) <br /> <br />The major area considered is the Pheasant Ridge area which <br /> <br />4 <br />
