Attendance <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />There is no resident dam operator at Horsetooth Reservoir Dams. <br />However, personnel from,the Bureau's Division of Water and Land and the <br />Conservancy District visit the facilities daily. Loveland Control <br />Center operators monitor inflow and lake elevation electronically <br />24 hours per day. <br /> <br />2. Communications <br /> <br />Commercial dial telephone service is available at Horsetooth Dam outlet <br />works. <br /> <br />3. Government-Owned Telephone <br /> <br />The Bureau or Conservancy District has no in-house system connectin9 it <br />to any other project facilities. <br /> <br />4. Radio <br /> <br />There is no base rad io stat i on at any of the dams. <br />this area is through the use of the Bureau's portable <br />the Love land Contro 1 Center operators. The di strict <br />system which could be used in an emergency. <br /> <br />5. Commercial and Other Communication Systems <br /> <br />Fort Collins, Colorado, has two commercial radio stations with call let- <br />ters KCOL and KIIX. Greeley, Colorado, has numerous radio stations that <br />could be used during an emergency. In addition, station KFTM in Fort <br /> <br />Radio contact in <br />radios or through <br />also has a radio <br /> <br />3 <br />
