He coordinates <br />Montana's floodplain management activities and ,::onununity <br />assistance programs. <br /> <br />PROWELL, JAN <br /> <br />Ms. Prowell is a planner for the Summit County Planning <br />Department and has been employed in this capacity since <br />1979. Her major responsibility is review of development <br />proposals for all unincorporated areas within Summit County. <br /> <br />QUINN, JIM R. <br /> <br />Mr. Quinn is currently Regional Manager for the EDS <br />Corporation. contractors to FEMA for the NFIP. He will <br />continue in this capacity with Computer Sciences <br />Corporation, the new contractor to FEMA. fOllowing an <br />October 1. 1983 transition. <br /> <br />SCHAAL. HERBERT R. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Schaal is officer-in-charge of ~w's Rocky Mountain <br />Regional Office in Fort COllins. Colorado. Since <br />establishing this office in 1975. he has directed many area <br />projects. including: planned unit development (PUD) plans, <br />urban design studies. regional environmental studies. <br />erosion, control an(t re.toration plans. site planning for <br />. corporat.efac'i1i tie~ ana. Plans. fO'i'25n'eighborhood and <br />community parks. In' addition. Mr. Schaal serves as design <br />. consultant to the Denver Botanic Gardens. and maintains an <br />active academic interest, lecturirig at universities and <br />addressing various professional associations. <br /> <br />SHOEMAKER, JOSEPH <br /> <br />Mr. Shoemaker is a partner in the firm Shoemaker, Wham, <br />Krisor. and Bendelow.
