<br />i. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />KENT, JAMES A. <br /> <br />Dr. Kent founded the Foundation for Urban and Neighorhood <br />Development (FUND) Inc., in 1967 as a non-profit coporation <br />to address the need to develop practical approaches to <br />prevent social disharmony. He has worked with professional <br />groups, government agencies, Native Americans, rural <br />communities, and urban neighborhoods to design social impact <br />management systems that maintain local control While <br />accommodating development and change in social and economic <br />conditions. <br /> <br />KISTNER, ROBERT <br /> <br />Mr. Kistner is currently retained as the Disaster Recovery <br />Manager for the State of Utah. He is involved in hazard <br />mitigation plan~ing and consults local governments regarding <br />debris basins and floodplain management. Prior to his Utah <br />appointment, Mr. Kistner served as consultant to the Town of <br />Est'es Park following the July 15, 1982, Lawn Lake disaster. <br /> <br />LANG, Ll\RRY <br /> <br />Mr. Lang is the Chief of the Flood Control and Floodplain <br />Management Section of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board. He is in charge of directing and coordinating the <br />state's floodplain management programs Which includes <br />floodplain mapping, hydrologic and hydraulic investigations, <br />flood control, feasibility studies, and community <br />assistance. <br /> <br />LIGHT, CRAIG )i~. <br /> <br />Craig is a SYs~~$Analyst for the .Boulder COUnty. Public <br />Works Department.
