Project Engineer - Steve lowry, P.E.

Mr. Lowry will share Project Engineering responsibilities for the Floodplain
Study Revicw and Designation Program. Mr. Lowry has 28 years of
professional experience and has worked on many projccts along the
Front Range relatcd to hydrology, hydraulics and floodplain mapping.
He has completcd detailcd and approximate Flood Insurance Studies
for FEMA for Woodland Park, Tcller County, Wintcr Park, Grand County,
and parts of Arapahoc County and Douglas County. Hc has also
complcted several projccts for the UDFCD that required floodplain
analysis, such as the Eastlakc Reservoir in Thornton, West Toll Gate Crc'ck
in Aurora, and rehabilitation work on tributaries to Big Dry Creek in
Westminster.

Time Availability

The percent of time available to commit to the Floodplain Study and
Designation Program is given below. This rcprcscnts averagc time
availability over a one-year period beginning in June of this ycar.
