Our success in project control is evidenced by the fact that <JO
percent of our fees come from repeat clients.

Responsibility for quality and schedule control will lie primarily with our
Project Manager, Chip Paulson. Mr. Paulson has demonstrated an ability
to meet project budget and schedule objectives on past projects for
CWCB and numerous other public agencies. Hc' has att€,nded project
management and QAlQC training courses sponsored by Montgomery
Watson, and is personally committed to assuring that expectations are
met or exceeded on this project. This is th,~ single most important factor
in guaranteeing the success of the Floodplain Study and Designation
Report Program.

Montgomery Watson has developed nurnerous tools to assist project
managers in controlling proj€,cts. Our computerized accounting database
system allows project managers to obtain instant budget status reports at
any time; weekly reports are routinely printed every we€'k. Integrated
budget/schedule software allows actual project c'xpenses and progress
to be plotted against projected progress and budget to provide an at-a-
glance summary of current project performance. We often include these
plots with monthly status reports for our clients.

18

eweB )~!;);l1,-\''\j o.;-ll;L!'l !,:L\"I[=\\ \~""! )!' >',
